Co-Ed Adult Outpatient Treatment Services

The goal of the Outpatient Treatment Services of African American Family Services (AAFS) is to provide knowledge and understanding of substance abuse and its effects on biological, socio-economic and spiritual relationships of people of color. This AAFS program empowers clients with the ability to thrive in a culturally specific context, to maintain chemically free lifestyles, and to apply new lifestyle choices.

Clients must have a chemical health evaluation before being admitted to the treatment program.

  • Transportation Available

Fees:

  • Varies
  • Private health plans (third party payment)
  • Minnesota State Consolidated Fund

Intake Procedure: Call or Walk-in 9 am to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday

Length of stay:

  • Outpatient - 8 weeks, 3 sessions/week
  • Aftercare Program - 12 weeks, 1 session/week
  • Relapse Prevention Tract 40 hours
